We understand the importance of good property photographs, and we know how important deadlines are - whether for a real estate listing, a brochure or for your business records. Over the years, we have contracted with company's such as Millennium Information Services, Trinity Field Services, Office Tiger, Continental Ventures, GIS, Clear Capital and more. This work not only involved our property photography services, but, in many cases, we also provided important observation information to the companies that contracted us.

Between each of us, we have over 17-years experience photographing properties (both residential and commercial), measuring property, locating insurance hazards, drawing diagrams, interviewing property owners/managers, filling data forms, submitting work via the Internet and working independently. Donna also has training in the real estate agent field and Eric has over 20-years experience in the building construction trade -- most recently, Casandra earned a building/carpentry certificate through a local vocational-technical school. Most importantly, we are professional photographers - with experience in fine-art, stock, portraiture and property photography.

We strive to provide our clients with high quality digital photographs, with the fastest turn-around.

-- Our covered area includes Lackawanna (no surcharge), Wyoming, Susquehanna, Wayne, Monroe and Pike Counties of Pennsylvania. All photographs are in color, and are edited•retouched. If you'd like some photos in black & white, sepia or other creative tones, just ask; there is no additional fee. Our rates are as follows --

• Exterior Property Photos * Front & Back -- $40.00 for five (5) professional digital photographs
• Exterior & Interior Property Photos * Front, Back & Property Amenities -- $80.00 for ten (10) professional digital photographs (priority service not available due to the need for an appointment with the property owner)

~ Additional digital photographs are $2.50 each.
~ All digital photographs are delivered via email (low res) and on CD (high res).
~ Standard turn-around service - digital photographs are provided within -- 3-days (no appointment necessary) • 5 - 7 days (when an appointment is necessary, time is dependant upon property owners availability).
~ Priority turn-around is 1-day service with an additional fee of $20.00 per property (not available when an appointment is necessary).
~ Surcharge for Wyoming and Wayne Counties - $5.00 per property
~ Surcharge for Susquehanna County - $10.00 per property
~ Surcharge for Monroe and Pike Counties - $15.00 per property
~ Discount for three (3) or more orders, to be photographed on the same day - 15%

*Photographs need to be ordered before 2:00PM Monday thru Friday - After 2:00PM or weekend orders, service turn-around time, both standard and priority, will begin on the next following business day. Property photography service invoice needs to be paid-in-full within 30-days of receipt - a 2.5% charge will be added each additional day until paid. We accept payment by check or credit card via PayPal (you do not need to have a Paypal account). Returned checks incur a $25.00 fee.
